Denny Muha

Denny Muha is currently the Executive Director and Head of Human Resources at Capsida Biotherapeutics since May 2021. Prior to this role, served as Senior HR Business Partner and Compensation Analyst at Amgen from August 2015 to May 2021, where they led talent acquisition strategy and supported global research organizations. Before joining Amgen, worked as an HR Business Partner and Compensation Analyst at Amazon and Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, gaining experience in various HR roles. Holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
