Marsela Jorgolli

Marsela Jorgolli serves as the Executive Director at Capsida Biotherapeutics, where responsibilities include driving gene therapy program development and advancing new drug initiatives. Previously, Marsela held the position of VP of Technology at Evozyne, focusing on R&D strategy and technical operations related to Gene Therapies, Antibodies, and Enzymes. At Amgen, leadership roles included Group Leader and Senior Scientist, managing a bioanalytical team dedicated to oncology and immunotherapy processes. Marsela's early career included significant research at Harvard University, where contributions included the development of advanced sensing platforms and coordination of academic programs. Marsela obtained a Ph.D. in Physics from Harvard University, also holding a Master's degree from the same institution and experience as an Undergraduate Research Associate at the University of Chicago.
