Damien Hilaire

Damien Hilaire is a highly experienced professional in the field of social services and management, currently serving as Directeur général adjoint at CAPSO Cap Social & Solidaire since September 2021. With a strong background in various leadership roles, Damien has directed multiple associations and services catering to vulnerable populations, including supervision of 190 minors and adults at Le Pôle Métropole Grand Ouest. Damien has been a trainer at ENSEIS since June 2008, specializing in management and skills development for social service professionals. Previous positions include Directeur de Transition for AFIPH, Directeur Général Adjoint for the Association Départementale de Sauvegarde de l’Enfant à l’Adulte de l’Ain, and Directeur for the Association Le Bon Repos, among others.
