Nicolas Hermouet

Nicolas Hermouet has extensive experience in leadership roles within the social and medico-social sectors since 1996. Currently serving as Directeur Général at CAPSO Cap Social & Solidaire since August 2016, Nicolas is responsible for the overall direction and implementation of the strategic project of the association. Previous roles include Director of the Association MDE for child protection and Director Général at Association Sésame Autisme Rhône Alpes, managing a team of 417 employees and overseeing multiple establishments for individuals with autism. Nicolas has also contributed as an Independent Consultant, providing both internal and external evaluations for various organizations. With a strong educational background, including certifications in social and medico-social evaluation and leadership, Nicolas continues to impact the field positively through effective organizational management and strategic development.
