Jonathan Patterson

Jonathan Patterson has been in the IT and tech support industry since 2002. Jonathan's first role was as an Alarm Tech at SAFETOUCH SECURITY SYSTEMS INC. In 2004, they began working as a Helpdesk Technician at Southside Medical Centre. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Field Support Technician at Greenlight Technologies (consult Piedmont Healthcare). Jonathan was then a Junior Network Administrator at Equifax from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Resurgens Orthopaedics. Most recently, they have been a Field Sales IT and Tech Support Manager at CapsoVision, Inc. since 2020. Jonathan's roles have included software troubleshooting, assisting with approving registrations, training new hires, configuring and installing new equipment, determining requirements for new or modified software and hardware, implementing corrective or preventive IT security actions, mitigating risks, and daily user support.

Jonathan Patterson is currently enrolled at Chattahoochee Technical College, where they are pursuing a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Jonathan is expected to graduate in 2022. Jonathan has obtained several certifications from Chattahoochee Technical College, including a Microsoft Network Admin Cert, Network Administrator Cert, AWS Certification, Cisco Network Specialist Cert, Network Support Specialist Cert, Network Technician Cert, and PC Repair & Network Tech Cert. Additionally, Jonathan holds an MCP from Microsoft and an A+ Certification from CompTIA.
