Michael O'Neil

Michael O'Neil began their work experience in 1965 as a Fire Direction Control Team Leader in the United States Marine Corps. Michael served in this role until 1971. In 1972, they joined Merrill Lynch - Investment Banking Division as a Senior Member and remained with the company until 2001. In 2000, they joined Capstead Mortgage Corporation as a Director and continued in this role up to the present time.

Michael O'Neil completed their undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley from 1967 to 1970, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Michael then pursued further education at The Wharton School from 1970 to 1972, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
