Andrew Latham

Andrew Latham is a partner in the Public Law Team at Capsticks Solicitors LLP, where a focus on information law, particularly for healthcare commissioners, providers, professional regulators, and registered providers of social housing has been established since September 2010. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions, including Associate and Senior Lawyer, specializing in information law, public law, and healthcare advisory. From 2005 to 2010, Andrew worked as a Duty Manager at Jesus Green Lido, the longest outdoor swimming pool in Britain. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of York.
