Deema Sodha

Deema is a Principle Associate in the Real Estate Department and specialises in advising public and private healthcare bodies, GPs, regulatory bodies, emergency services and charity clients on all aspects of commercial property matters.

Deema has extensive experience in advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, property portfolio management and reviews and estate regularisation. She regularly advises on primary care matters, including sale and leasebacks, leases and the property aspects of GP practice mergers.

Prior to specialising in transactions in the healthcare sector, Deema gained a wealth of experience advising on landlord and tenant asset management work, acquisitions and disposals and refinancing transactions for a range of major institutional investors in retail, office and industrial multi-let properties. Transactions often involved large portfolio properties of significant values.
