Ellie is a Senior Associate in the Advisory & Inquest team. Ellie trained within a specialist healthcare department, supporting and defending healthcare professionals and has built on that experience by advising and assisting NHS Trusts, Ambulance Services, private providers and others with wide-ranging aspects of healthcare, data protection and public law.
Ellie has particular experience of handling inquests, advising and providing training in relation to the Mental Capacity Act and consent to treatment, Court of Protection matters, data protection and regulatory matters such as those involving the Care Quality Commission.
