Kayleigh Charles

Kayleigh is a Legal Assistant in the Housing Management department and is based in the Winchester office. Kayleigh’s experience includes possession proceedings, injunction proceedings, handling disrepair claims and committal applications for breaches of injunctions.

Kayleigh has previously worked with Housing Management teams in assisting Defendants in resisting possession proceedings, injunctions and auctioning disrepair. Kayleigh has a rounded knowledge of civil proceedings within the Housing sector, having previously worked on both sides. Kayleigh has experience in both fast and multi-track claims through to settlement or completion by way of trial.
