Lucy Erskine

Lucy Erskine is a Partner and Principal Associate Solicitor at Capsticks Solicitors LLP since September 2020, with a strong background in clinical negligence law. Previously, Lucy served as a Senior Associate Solicitor at Browne Jacobson LLP from January 2014 to September 2020 focusing on defendant clinical negligence, and held the role of Claims Manager during a secondment at the Medical Protection Society. Prior experience includes positions as a Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell specializing in claimant clinical negligence, and at Browne Jacobson LLP representing NHS Trusts and private medical insurers. Lucy began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at The Dental Law Partnership and subsequently worked as an Assistant Solicitor at Bevan Brittan LLP. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Lancaster University and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification from the College of Law, Chester.
