Marsha Thompson

Marsha Thompson is an experienced employment law professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently, Marsha serves as a Partner at Capsticks LLP since June 2018, following a series of roles including Principal Associate and Associate in Employment Law. Prior experience includes employment law positions at Slater & Gordon Lawyers UK and Martin Searle Solicitors, where Marsha specialized in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and served as Director of the Croydon office. Marsha began a legal career as a Paralegal at McMillan Williams in 2006. Marsha holds a Legal Practice Course qualification from The College of Law, a BA (Hons) in Law and French from London Guildhall University, and a Diplome des Etudes Universitaires Francaises from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
