Megan Tam

Megan Tam is a Real Estate Senior Associate at Capsticks LLP, a position held since August 2022, after progressing from Real Estate Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at Midland Heart from July 2019 to July 2022, as well as a Trainee Solicitor at Axiom DWFM and DBS Law from October 2018 to October 2018, and August 2017 to October 2018, respectively. Earlier, Megan worked as a Paralegal in Real Estate Finance at Shakespeare Martineau from July 2016 to August 2017. Megan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Legal Practice Course from The University of Law (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Birmingham (2011-2014).
