Rebecca is a Principal Associate in the claims department in the London office. Rebecca specialises in the defence of clinical negligence claims working on behalf of NHS Resolution. Her caseload includes a variety of complex and sensitive matters with a focus on high value birth and spinal injuries.
Rebecca provides training to NHS Trusts and has recently trained newly qualified consultants as part of their consultant training programme.
Prior to joining Capsticks, Rebecca represented Claimants in clinical negligence claims locally and nationally at a leading firm in Manchester.
