Ros Foster

Ros Foster is a partner with extensive experience in governance, disciplinary, and information law. Currently, they provide legal advice and support to clients in the public and third sectors, focusing on disciplinary investigations and data protection issues. Ros heads the information law practice at their current firm, advising senior leaders within local government, NHS bodies, and charities on complex regulatory matters. They have also conducted sensitive investigations in healthcare regulatory litigation and managed intricate whistleblowing and anti-harassment cases. Previously, Ros held partner positions at Browne Jacobson LLP and Hill Dickinson LLP, and worked as a solicitor at DAC Beachcroft LLP. Ros is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from the University of Birmingham.
