Nickolas Kolbe currently serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Capstone Advisors, where responsibilities encompass leading acquisitions, financing, asset management, and analysis. Previously, Nickolas held positions at MG Properties Group as an Asset Manager for a $3.4 billion operating portfolio and at OliverMcMillan Development Company as a Senior Financial Analyst & Asset Manager, contributing notably to the $550 million River Oaks District Houston mixed-use development. Early career experiences include asset valuations at Prologis and commercial real estate brokerage at Cassidy Turley. Nickolas holds a Master's in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
