Matt Kopman

Matt Kopman has a strong background in the finance industry with experience in various roles. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Capstone Copper since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BMO Capital Markets as the Vice President of Investment Banking from December 2020 to February 2021, and previously as an Investment Banking Associate from January 2018 to December 2020. Matt also held the position of Investor Relations at Capstone Mining Corp from May 2015 to January 2018. Matt'searlier experiences include working as an Investment Banking Analyst at National Bank Financial from December 2012 to May 2015, and as an Equity Research Associate - Special Situations at Haywood Securities Inc. from March 2012 to December 2012.

Matt Kopman graduated from The University of British Columbia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance. Matt is a CFA Level lll Candidate from the CFA Institute. Additionally, they have completed the Equity Essentials program at the Bloomberg Essentials Training Program.
