Whitney Buhlin

Whitney Buhlin has a strong background in human resources, with a range of roles and responsibilities spanning several companies. Whitney started their career as a Human Resources Clerk at The City of White Rock in 2006. From there, they worked at NOVAGOLD, initially as a Human Resources Assistant from 2006 to 2008, then as a Human Resources Associate from 2008 to 2009, and finally as a Human Resources Advisor from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Trilogy Metals Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Advisor until 2014. Since then, they have been with Capstone Copper, where they held the positions of Manager, Corporate Human Resources from 2014 to 2017, Director, Human Resources - Operations in 2018, and currently serves as the Director, Human Resources starting from January 2019.

Whitney Buhlin completed a Diploma in Business Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2005 to 2010. In addition, they obtained certifications as a "Certified Analyst" from The Predictive Index in 2018 and as a "Performance Management Innovation (PMI)" from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in November 2017.
