Jessica Reynolds

Jessica Reynolds has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2023 onwards, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Capstone Development Services Co, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at SEI as a Consultant, where they partnered with the VP of Communications to lead key initiatives and define goals for organizational transformation. Jessica also worked at Baxter International Inc. as a Pharma Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and risks for new product launches. Jessica also held various roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Platform Lead, Technical Transfer Representative, Sr Scientist, and Engineer, where they played strategic and technical roles in advancing the device portfolio, supporting commercialization efforts, and managing manufacturing processes.

Jessica Reynolds holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering and a BS in Pharmaceutical Science, both obtained from Purdue University. Jessica completed their studies at Purdue University from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Jessica has also obtained several certifications. Jessica received the Human-Centered Design Practitioner Certification from LUMA Institute in October 2022. Prior to that, they obtained the Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)® from LinkedIn in February 2020 and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2020.
