Prasanna K.

Prasanna K. has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 2009, they interned at Actimus Biosciences Private Limited. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Research/Teaching Assistant at Mercer University, guiding a high school student in a science project and teaching pharmaceutical-related subjects. In 2013, they interned at Novartis, providing Biopharmaceutics support for formulation development and conducting research on drug interaction liabilities. In 2013 as well, they served as a Biopharmaceutical Development Intern at KBI Biopharma. From 2014 to 2016, Prasanna worked as a Research Scientist II at Exela Pharma Sciences, conducting analytical method validation and stability studies for generic drugs. In 2014, they also joined PharmaForce Inc. as a Formulation Scientist. From 2016 to 2020, Prasanna held the role of Sr. Formulation Scientist (Team Lead) at Medefil, Inc. where they were involved in project lead responsibilities for complex generic parenteral products and served as a Regulatory CMC core team member for ANDA submissions. And finally, in 2020, Prasanna joined Capstone Development Services Co, LLC as a Product Development Manager, specializing in formulation.

Prasanna K. completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Andhra University between 2005 and 2009. Following this, from 2009 to 2013, Prasanna pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Mercer University.
