Kellianne Zomer is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary education and instructional leadership. Since June 2014, Kellianne Zomer has served as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Capstone Education Group, focusing on data-driven planning and instruction, developing customized lesson plans for diverse learners, and mentoring resident teachers. Previously, Kellianne Zomer held the position of Dean of Instruction, overseeing a team of twelve teachers and fostering collaborative planning for rigorous instruction. Kellianne Zomer began the teaching career as a Resident Teacher at Memphis Teacher Residency, gaining essential skills in lesson planning and instruction. Academic qualifications include a degree in Instructional Leadership Professional Development from Relay Graduate School of Education, a Master's in Urban Education from Union University, and a Bachelor's in Urban Studies from Rhodes College, complemented by a study abroad experience in International Business at the University of Antwerp.
