Clayton Ross

Clayton Ross began their career in 2007 as a Co-op Engineer at Cornerstone Research Group, Inc. Clayton then moved to the University of Cincinnati in 2008 and continued in a Co-op Engineer role. In 2009, they worked as a Co-op Engineer at the US Air Force. In 2010, they joined Belcan Engineering as an Engineer I and was promoted to Engineer II in the same year. In 2013, they became a District Sales Engineer at Eaton's Bussmann Business. In 2015, they founded and became President of Capstone Games LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio, a publisher of preeminent, high-quality board games.

Clayton Ross obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 2010. Clayton then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance from the Florida International University College of Business in 2013.
