Michael Cowan possesses extensive experience in controls engineering and project management, primarily within the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. With a career spanning several decades, Michael currently serves as a Sr. Controls Engineer at Capstone, Inc., since June 2019. Prior roles include significant positions at CAI, where responsibilities encompassed leading engineering teams, managing projects for renowned clients such as Amgen and Novartis, and overseeing compliance in cGMP settings. Michael's earlier experience includes leadership roles in construction management and direct engagements with major capital projects at Amgen and Front Range Electrical. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ithaca College and has contributed to various equipment qualification and commissioning efforts throughout a diverse career.
