Aileen Gien

Aileen Gien has extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in infrastructure and project finance. Aileen started their career in 2006 as an Associate in Project Finance at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where they worked until July 2007. Aileen then joined Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as an Associate in Financial Services from September 2007 until May 2010. Aileen then moved on to Torys LLP, where they held the position of Associate in Infrastructure & Energy, focusing on Project Development & Finance, from May 2010 until February 2012. Aileen then joined Infrastructure Ontario as Legal Counsel for Transaction Legal, specifically for P3 Infrastructure Projects, from February 2012 until January 2014. Aileen's most recent role is as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, a position they have held since February 2014.

Aileen Gien completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Political Science at McGill University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree at Columbia Law School, graduating between 2003 and 2006.
