Kimberly Aguila has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Capstone Logistics, LLC since July 2017, after holding the position of Talent Acquisition Supervisor within the same company. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked at Mattress Firm from July 2015 to July 2017 as a Store Manager, where significant management skills and operational knowledge were developed.
