Robert McDonald

Robert McDonald's work experience includes serving as the VP of Software Engineering & Advanced Analytics at Capstone Logistics, LLC since 2016. In this role, they lead teams in software engineering and advanced analytics for various divisions within the company. Robert focuses on utilizing DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.

Previously, McDonald worked at Siemens Industry US from 1999 to 2016. Robert held the position of Sr. Engineering & Analytics Director, overseeing advanced analytics for Siemens North America. During this time, they also served as the Director of Software Engineering for Siemens Low and Medium Voltage Divisions. Robert led teams in migrating BusinessObjects to WebFocus and managing software engineering projects.

Robert McDonald received a Bachelor's degree from Upsala College in 1984.
