Russell Smallwood

Russell Smallwood is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and application development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture at Capstone Logistics, LLC since September 2021, Smallwood oversees teams and application architecture across the IT organization, managing a diverse portfolio of over 30 products. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Intellinet, where Smallwood held various roles, including Vice President and Enterprise Architect, focusing on governance, modern application delivery, and technical efficacy. Additional experience spans roles in solution architecture and consulting at Relatia Software Corporation and The Maple Group, where Smallwood contributed to custom software development and CRM solutions. Smallwood holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
