Dr. Indira Kanouka is a board certified internist who has cared for patients in multiple clinical settings including Federally Qualified Health Centers, Long Term Acute Care hospitals, and PACE. She has also served in medical director and clinician-educator roles in LTAC and PACE. Since joining Capstone in 2018, Dr. Kanouka continues to help providers, who work in CMS risk adjustment models, understand their roles in optimally identifying, diagnosing, and documenting all current conditions, as well as use the PACE model effectively for the benefit of their participants and programs.
