Drew Mouron

Beginning his career as a regional General Contractor in Birmingham, Drew joined Capstone Companies in 2007, performing a number of project management roles including general contractor and owners’ representative. During his tenure with Capstone, Drew has been involved with most Acquisitions & Renovations (A&R) efforts as well as several new construction projects on and near college campuses. Drew’s expertise is in construction, as he oversees delivering projects in the most efficient way possible to maximize profit for Capstone. In 2011, Drew became a Principal of Capstone Real Estate Investments, serving as Executive Vice President of Construction. In this role, Drew manages all facets of the renovation and construction process to ease the transition into day-to-day management with CREI Management.
