Melissa Fasci, CAPS CAM TCS, has been with Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. since February 2010, where Melissa holds the position of Senior Vice President and previously served as Vice President of Operations, Regional Vice President, and Regional Manager. In the role of Regional Manager, Melissa oversees a diverse portfolio of eight properties, encompassing lease-ups, conventional, value-add repositioning, affordable housing, and senior communities. Prior to joining Capstone, Melissa held the position of Business Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services from 2006 to 2010 and was a Property Manager at Orion Real Estate Services from 2000 to 2006. Melissa completed studies in Business at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1996 to 1998 and graduated from McAllen High School in 1996.
