William Lovelace

William Lovelace, MBA, serves as the Manager of Cash Management at Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. since January 2018, directing cash management operations, overseeing investments, and preparing financial statements for commercial real estate investments. Previously, William held the position of Treasury Analyst, managing treasury processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports. Prior experience includes serving as a Procurement Specialist for Hidalgo County, Texas, where responsibilities included procurement for construction projects and performance management analysis, as well as an internship with the USDA focusing on data analysis and financial reconciliations. William is pursuing a Doctor of Science in Security and Business Analytics, holding an MBA from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
