Patrick Skehan

Patrick Skehan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and operations management within the military context. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Capstone Research Corporation since August 2023, Patrick has previously held significant roles, including Operations Director/Senior Manager at the United States Marine Corps from July 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing a large communications unit, directing IT architecture, and overseeing extensive training events. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in Human Resources for the Marine Corps, leading career management for thousands of officers, and holding various communications leadership positions during deployments to the Middle East and Afghanistan. Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Military Studies from Marine Corps University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Anselm College.
