Thomas “Matt” Matthews III is the Director of Operations for Capstone’s Mission Support Services Division. He manages programs and conducts business development activities focused on operational and training and exercise support for Joint, Service and Combatant Command customers. Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Matthews served as a Program Manager for contracts supporting US Joint Forces Command, the Joint Staff and NATO at Science Applications International Corporation, and as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Matthews holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree from King’s College London, United Kingdom.
