Christopher Burns

Christopher Burns has a solid work experience in quality control (QC) analysis. Christopher started their career as a QC Student at Astellas Pharma, where they were responsible for preparing mobile phases and setting up HPLC systems for analysis of raw materials and finished products. Christopher also handled the preparation of dissolution media and ensured all column specifications were met.

Subsequently, Christopher joined Astellas Pharma as a QC Analyst, and their main responsibilities included instrumentation set up and calibration, product testing of raw materials and finished products, and data entry using LIMS. Christopher also performed water determination using Karl Fischer method.

Later, they joined Livingston as a QC Graduate Analyst, where they gained further experience in QC analysis.

In 2015, they joined Capsugel, where they are currently employed.

From 2009 to 2013, Christopher Burns attended Maynooth University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmacetical and Biomedical Chemistry.
