Justin Birchard has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Justin began their career in the hospitality sector, working as a Guest Service Rep/Night Auditor for Concord Hospitality Enterprises in 2009. Justin then moved on to Andaz Hotels by Hyatt and Andaz Wall Street, where they held roles as a Guest Service Host and Night Manager, respectively.
In 2011, Justin joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Purchasing Coordinator and later became a Purchasing Manager from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they transitioned to Pret A Manger, where they took on various roles including Indirect Spend Buyer, Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, Construction Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager - Partnerships.
In 2019, Justin joined Tartine Bakery as the Director Of Construction. Justin then moved to Capsule Manufacturing in 2020, where they assumed the role of VP of Commercial. Most recently, they have started working at Veselka Restaurant in 2022.
Throughout their career, Justin has gained experience in areas such as procurement, supply chain management, project management, and hospitality.
Justin Birchard attended The Ohio State University from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Management. Additionally, they focused their studies in Consumer Sciences with a specific emphasis on Hospitality Management.
