Anne Hatcher

Anne Hatcher is the current Chief People Officer at Capsule. Anne has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including positions as a Recruiter, Recruiting/ HR Program Manager, and VP of Human Resources. Anne has a strategic orientation and extensive experience in talent management, succession planning, and individual retention strategies. Anne has led teams of up to 8 people and has supported 1000 employees in the Americas.

Anne Hatcher has a BA in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Washington State University. Anne is certified from the International Coach Federation in Executive Coaching. Anne is also certified from Working towards International Coaching Federation Certification in Knowledge Based Coaching in the Workplace.

They work with Jen Himmel - Head of Business Operations, Jason Lewis - Head of Supply Chain, and Matthew Keeler - Chief Growth Officer. Anne Hatcher reports to Eric Kinariwala, Founder & CEO.
