Henry Stanley

Henry Stanley is the Head of Operations Strategy at Capsule. Prior to joining Capsule, Henry served as Vice President of Operations at Unite Us from December 2019 to June 2021. At Unite Us, Henry helped build coordinated care networks that connected health and social service providers.

Before Unite Us, Henry was the Co-Founder of Discoverlist from January 2017 to December 2018. Discoverlist is an iOS app that allows users to easily share travel recommendations and photos with friends.

From January 2010 to December 2019, Henry worked as Program Director, Strategy Planning and Operations at Anthem, Inc. In this role, Henry was responsible for developing membership and operating growth strategies for Large Group business market, creating go-to-market and product development strategies for launch in Commercial Business division, and leading multi-business unit, operational planning and execution of major hospital system contract renewals.

Henry Stanley's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University. Henry then went on to earn their Master of Science in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business. Finally, they received certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

They are on a team with John Ahn - CTO, Delane Paschal - Head of Contracting, and Jason Lewis - Head of Supply Chain. Henry Stanley reports to Eric Kinariwala, Founder & CEO.
