Steve Ledgerwood

Steven Ledgerwood is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Capsule since January 2023, Steven oversees a platform that supports over 13,000 businesses with customer relationship management. As a Trustee at Common Change, Steven contributes to a mission aimed at eliminating personal economic isolation. Previous positions include Chief Revenue Officer at FINDOLOGIC and Exponea, Managing Director EMEA at Conductor, and Regional Managing Director at emarsys. Steven's career also includes roles at SmartFocus and Thermon South Africa, where a strong focus on client success and marketing strategy was established. Steven holds a BBA in Business Management, Marketing, and Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa.
