Phil Russo

Phil Russo, MBA, CFE, CLS has a strong background in real estate, particularly in the restaurant industry. Phil began working for Focus Brands in 2005 as a Director of Real Estate and held that position until 2009. In 2009, they joined Moe's Southwest Grill as the Director of Real Estate and later became the Senior Director of Real Estate from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Russo moved back to Focus Brands as the Vice President of Restaurants, and in 2015, they joined Captain D's as the Vice President of Real Estate.

Phil Russo, MBA, CFE, CLS holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminology from John Carroll University, obtained in 1992. In 2001, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Akron. Prior to that, Russo earned a Masters of Science in Information Systems from The University of Akron in 2001. Phil also holds certifications as a Certified Franchise Executive (2005-2008) from the International Franchise Association and as a Certified Leasing Specialist (2012) from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
