Ray McPherson

Ray McPherson has extensive experience in risk management, working for various companies in the retail and restaurant industries. Ray served as the Director of Risk Management for Captain D's since December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Risk Manager for Rural King Farm & Home Store from July 2015 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for designing and administering all risk-management and loss-prevention programs. Before that, they served as the Sr. Risk Manager for Cabela's from October 2011 to July 2015. Ray also worked as the Director of Risk Management for Whataburger from October 2009 to October 2011. In this position, they oversaw risk management for a privately held, regional quick serve restaurant chain with 735 locations.

Ray McPherson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Tennessee Technological University in 1984.
