Fara Pailhès has a diverse work experience in the field of web development. In 2019, Fara worked as a web developer for Captain Wallet, which was later acquired by Brevo. Prior to that, Fara worked as a web developer at Agora Place from 2018 to 2019, where they developed an e-commerce platform using Symfony 3, Vuejs, Docker, Algolia, and Mysql. In 2017, Fara worked as a web developer at U Pro. During this time, Fara also won the Hackathon Cisco at Viva Technology and participated in the 'SEEDS FOR THE FUTURE' contest organized by Huawei Technologies. Fara also had a brief experience as a child entertainer at Microsoft in 2017.

Fara Pailhès completed their Bachelor's degree in Programmation informatique at ETNA, école d'alternance en informatique from 2018 to 2021.
