Thao Nguyen

Thao Nguyen is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant service. Currently serving as a Server Assistant/Server at PLANTA Restaurants since April 2022, Thao previously held roles at The Captain's Boil as a Server/Host, where responsibilities included guiding guests through a unique seafood menu and managing orders via digital platforms. Earlier experience includes working as a Hostess Server and Server/Bartender at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club, focusing on guest interactions and efficient food service operations. Thao also completed an internship as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, gaining knowledge of operational procedures and compliance regulations. Thao Nguyen is a graduate of George Brown College, completing studies from 2019 to 2020.
