Maksim Zapletin is currently the Information Technology Team Lead at Captain's Eye, where Maksim manages physical and virtual environments and prepares development environments for engineers. Previously, Maksim worked as an IT Specialist at the Israeli Navy, serving as a Logistics Project Coordinator. In this role, Maksim managed large logistical projects, integrated new systems into the Navy, and handled supply chain management for combat units. Maksim has completed an Associate's degree in Network, Cloud, Administration, and Enterprise from John Bryce and another Associate's degree in Industrial and Management from מכללת אתגר.
