Prior to this, Uri worked at the Israeli Navy from December 2016 to October 2019, where Uri held the position of Head of planning and organization department. Uri's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Reichman University in 2014-2015 and a degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2003-2007. Uri specializes in planning in the fields of strategy, infrastructure, organization, and foreign relations.
