Carrie Jernigan, MS, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, performance management, and benefits administration. Currently serving as HR Manager at CapTech since September 2022, Carrie previously held the position of Benefits Manager at Cherry Bekaert from February 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities included the management of a variety of benefit programs and market research. Prior experience includes roles at Virginia Commonwealth University, where Carrie worked from April 2010 to February 2016 in various HR capacities, including Director of Human Resources for the School of Dentistry. Carrie's foundational experience began at Futron Corporation from September 2007 to August 2010 as a Program Analyst.
