Carrie Ryan has extensive experience in UX design and frontend development, currently serving as Manager and UX Architect at CapTech since July 2019, with previous roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant in Interaction Design. Prior to CapTech, Carrie worked as a Web Designer at AvePoint, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and as a UX Designer at Shop Talk Show. Additional experience includes a 1000+ hour design and frontend development program at Bloc, where Carrie developed user research methods and created prototypes. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Virginia Tech, along with a UI/UX Design and Frontend Development Apprenticeship from Bloc.
