Jeannette Brown

Jeannette Brown, MS MIT, SPC, RTE, POPM, and DevOps expert, currently serves as a Senior Manager at CapTech Consulting since August 2004, where Ms. Brown has effectively coached a team of nine Product Owners, three scrum masters, and various agile resources during the agile implementation of CapTech’s Delivery Center, emphasizing cost-effective and productive project delivery. Prior to this role, Ms. Brown worked as an IT Consultant at Align360 from May 2001 to August 2004, focusing on customizing the billing process of a policy processing system. Jeannette Brown holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Richmond.
