Jessica Troutman, MBA, PMP, CTP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at CapTech Consulting since May 2021, Jessica previously held roles at Capital One as a Delivery Lead/Project Manager and as a Project Manager at SME WorkForce.
