Mark Werner

Mark Werner is an experienced Enterprise Transformation Lead at CapTech, a role focused on enhancing business agility and optimizing project management through the establishment of Centers of Excellence and enterprise PMOs. Previously, Mark served as the Dual Head of Digital PMO and Enterprise Agile Coaching Office at Lincoln Financial Group, where leadership of a remote team facilitated the execution of digital strategies across various business lines. Other notable engagements include Agile Program Manager at Comcast, where a $16M B2B e-commerce platform was developed, and Technical Program Manager at QVC, leading Agile team implementations. Mark also held a Senior Project Manager position at Independence Blue Cross. Mark holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University and a BBA in Risk Management and Finance from Temple University.
