Penelope Long

Penelope Long is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at CapTech since June 2015. Prior to this role, Penelope held positions in the hospitality industry as a Server/Bartender at Bliss Restaurant and as a Server at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse and Ruby Tuesday. Penelope also gained valuable analytical experience as a Business Systems Analyst Co-Op at Independence Blue Cross and a Trial Analyst Co-Op at Comcast Cable.
